The other tower is "nicer" but that doesn't make it nice. There are other much much nicer hotels in the area that I've been able to get at about the same price.

If you will only be sleeping/showering there and don't really gave a crap, it's the place for you though.

I'd call it the McCleod Center of the hotels.

Fixed for accuracy.
Wrong...The McLeod center is a very nice facility, just smaller than the rest of the conference arenas.

The Knapp Center, however, is complete garbage

FYI for those who enjoy the ambiance at the downtown White Castle.
Crews demolish downtown St. Louis White Castle
(KMOV.com) -- Although it may not look pretty right now, the White Castle fast food restaurant in downtown St. Louis is getting a face lift. Well, more like a new face.

Demolition crews went to work Friday morning and started tearing down the White Castle restaurant building at the corner of South Broadway and Gratiot. The project foreman said the building is being torn down so they can replace it with a newly updated one.

The new building should be completed sometime in Spring this year.

I'm a Drake fan and can't handle you criticizing our arena even though it does in fact suck, so I've used this opportunity to take a dig on UNI. Thanks, I feel better now.

He claims he is not a fan of any school. That way, he can take shots at everybody without having to absorb any return fire.

But he is clearly a CU fan since he goes to the games, and has mentioned being a Drake fan in the past.

Wrong. By his own admittance, he is a Drake, Creighton, and WSU fan.

Stolen from Shockernet...don't know if that is a league record as I thought WSU had sold more than that in 06

2012 all-session tickets sold:
Bradley - 200
Creighton - 2575 (League Record)
Drake - 100
Evansville - 100
Illinois St. - 400
Indiana St - 200
Missouri St. - 296
UNI - 500
SIU - 200
Wichita St. - 1388

Move it to KC and the overall numbers will go up. WSU and CU will more than make up for fans who don't come from the eastern schools.

Obviously, the person who makes these decisions lives in St Louis. :Bam:
