Here is my answer. Post he video of the entire game. It was all physical and I am proud of the jays for keeping up. On that play, Greg should have been t'd up and possibly ejected. He wasn't and played like a beast today.

To quote another Jays fan, I never thought I'd see the day when an ACC powerhouse accused Creighton of being overly physical and thugish. The UNC fans on their rivals board are going ape**** right now, and it's freaking awesome.

The only outright nasty play was Big E's forearm shiver to Zeller that went uncalled. Gibbs' play which drew the technical was simply him being Eddie Haskell again. He's clearly a wiseass but I didn't see anything inherently dirty there - if Hansen's wrist was that bad that an Arod-esque slap riled him up that much he shouldn't have been playing to begin with.

Everything else was simply physical play that you see a lot in BCS play and the tournament in particular. Wragge's foul was far from dirty, and the other fouls all occured in the run of play.

If the Jays were my team I would have been proud of them too. They didn't play that well except for Echenique but they played hard and didn't back down. I don't really think CU was that badly outclassed. They missed a lot of shots they normally make and just made too many mistakes.

Nice season for CU. Next year it's entirely possible they get back and go further.

Wow, didn't think that North Carolina had such a whiny fan-base, but judging by the reaction of the fans in Greensboro on "every call," guess I shouldn't be surprised. Sure Creighton fans boo and complain about refs during the game, but not when they are ahead by 15+ points. Every call that went against UNC drew boos, even when they were up 18 points. On top of having a virtual home-game, the Heel fans want to whine and moan about CU playing too physical and call them dirty, gives me more of a reason to hope they get bumped next round.

And Wragge's foul on Kendall Marshall was FAR from "dirty," you see 2-3 plays like that a game where a guy drives hard to the basket and gets fouled - not Wragge's fault that he fell right on his wrist.
