I would hate to see Marty play PVT and Hopf together.

We apoligize to the MVC. UNC is garbage which makes us 30 points worse then garbage. The Butler win was the biggest fluke ever to happen in NCAA basketball. We will go 0-18 in MVC play and every team should have no trouble with us.

Aces1982...every team in this league would likely struggle highly against UNC...it happens when you play against teams that are very good...stop overreacting to what some write with sarcasm lol

I think at least two teams could beat UNC at home in the league. At least 4 of them would compete fairly well with them at home.

Getting beat on your home floor by 30 in front of a sellout team with this year's version of UNC isn't something I would be trying into moral victories about.

I just read my last sentence. No, I'm not drunk, maybe just a lil tired. :Bam:

Anyways, I hope you get the gist of what I meant.

It would have been nice to have a (1)referee from the MVC involved in the game. All three referee mainly call games for the SEC ,BIG EAST and ACC. I know we shot 3-20 from 3 point and our High scorer had 9 points total. That makes it's hard to say the refs called a bad game. But as I sat in my seat, along with 12,000 other people, watching Evansville get called on touch fouls while the Aces were being hammer under the basket with no calls. 6 fouls on UE in the first 2 minutes of the second half with none on UNC.Six travel call under the basket on UE in the first 10 minutes of the game? I think the MVC needs representation on the courts with their teams during televised games.

Officials: Mike Stuart, Tom Eades, Les Jones

The one bright spot was Hopf. Everyone else looked lethargic and scared to death. I don't mind losing to a good team if we at least play with purpose and intensity. Tonight we didn't even show up. Why??? I wish I had the answer.....but I would not reward lethargic or careless play with so much time on the court. Very disappointing night. 12,000 fans saw 10 players on the court....yeah, 5 were dressed in blue and some of the blue-clad guys will probably play in the NBA; but their opponents didn't show up....and that is what is the most disappointing of all!

I watched most of the game and the referees were definitely not a factor. It would have been nice to get something more out of your paragraph, sixth ace, other than complaining about the officiating.

Definitely a sellout. Congrats on that. It's too bad that 11,000 of those 12,000 came to watch the team in blue.
