I don't think so. I think you can say things like we "would have played in back to back tournaments" but as far as official records go, you can't really participate in something that didn't happen.
As a fan of a team who hasn’t gone to the tourney in forever, I can say I’d definitely be saying back to back NCAA Tournament appearances. Perhaps using “Back to Back NCAA Tournament Qualifiers” will have to be the way to go with this weird year.
Also- the co-champs gear is hilarious. If my team were in the same boat, I’d get them. Haha!
