This has been the worst week of Bradley basketball in 30+ years. That is not an exaggeration.

Congrats to UNI on an ass kicking.

It's definitely an exaggeration. Geno Ford existed and had a six-game losing streak in his first season where the Braves lost by 23, 3, 17, 14, 30, 30 and that came after a nine-game losing streak earlier in the same season during which Wichita State beat them twice, once by 39 in Peoria and by 37 in Wichita.

This probably feels like much more of a let down and Bradley definitely is spiraling, but it's not worse.

My guess is some of these guys have a case of HEW (Had Enough Wardle). He's not exactly known for his charming personality.

But also, league play is tough as hell. It happens.

Oh stop. Before I went to isu I spent two years at Bradley (start of Geno Ford era) and I assure you there were worse weeks than this one in those 2 years. Lost to iupui when I was there. And i ftr I pull for Bradley as much as an ISU alumn is capable of.

I know it's been a rough week and I know the braves had "long shot" at large aspirations, but this is not the worst week ever, y'all lost to the third and fourth best teams in our league. Stuff like that happens.

It’s in relation to expectations. The near unanimous preseason favorite with two first teamers just got blitzed in back to back games.

Those other teams mentioned were bad. Did anyone expect anything else out of them?

This team had the highest expectations of any BU team since 1987-88.

As someone who roots for Bradley in college hoops second to only ISU, I will sày it's been a really bad week, I still think it's not as bad as you say, but I get it, it's been a rough week to be a braves fan and I don't want to undermine your pain. The braves have lost any at large shot. I think you are overacting but I also think you are doing so as a Bradley fan and I just cannot fault you on that front it's been a super brutal week and this team is sooooooo much better than that. I am rooting for Drake to win out and hopefully we can get our two best teams in if Bradley beats drake on Sunday. it's been a tough week, and ya know what, duke deen deserves his march madness moment. I'm not happy that's Bradley has has a bad week but prolly not 1% as upset as you. Tribe is a great hip-hop group too.

It seams Bradley goes as Duke Dean goes. And Duke Dean has been downright bad since the first of this year. He's shooting the ball at a terrible clip and assists are down. The team as a whole is turning the ball over at an alarming rate. Defense was always a Bradley calling card, but right now they can't defend the 3. As constituted, they're good enough to beat the bad to mid teams, but not the good ones. Not sure if it's "Wardle fatigue" or not, but they've got a month to figure it out before Arch Madness. I could see them being 1 and done in STL if things don't change.

Speaking of Q1 games. With the Bradley loss, we've lost our Q1 win against them. They've got to get back below 76 for that win to become a Q1 again.

There’s no way to say this without sounding cocky but oh well, we went up and swept Iowa with a team with no PG, just 2 undersized bad shooters, along with two 6’6” MAYBE 6’7” in sneakers post players and a bunch of 6’5” wings and a clueless head coach, lmao. We will be fine when we get a team and coach in here, the support and the money are there.

It may be helpful to have players that don’t get thrown out of school preseason because they were arrested for strangling a cheerleader.
