Disagree there. you need the facilities to fill. I wish Drake would have built a 9000 seat arena. That is what you need to ever average 7000. I feel like that is what Valley teams should be striving for.

It was a sparse crowd. 2500 is half full. I think fans are getting tired (rightfully so) of watching the Crusaders blow late leads.

Well I don’t know what issues are between you and Gosiu88 and I certainly don’t want to get in the middle
but I will say there isn’t much debate going on at Saluki Insider If anyone disagrees about who the next SIU coach will be Barkeep puts an end to it . Kill has raised a ton of money and is going to use some of it to elevate Men’s basketball. This may open up the search for more candidates I guess we will see .

So just to clarify...

I got banned from SalukiNation for "stalking" a friend of mine who got butt hurt because he started posting under a different name and denied it to me and several other people. I quoted two separate posts that proved he was lying. That isn't stalking. If I wanted to stalk him, I know where he lives and have his phone number. Ridiculous.

Meanwhile, MSN and Barcreep decided to harass a good friend of mine. I retaliated. Intentionally. MSN didn't like being ridiculed for having no connection to SIU. Every time I pointed that out, the comment got deleted. True story.

So did I get banned for "stalking" or pissing off MSN? I'd guess the latter.

Then, the real, kicker....Barcreep actively campaigned for people to send emails to the SIU chancellor and AD to give their opinions on the basketball program. So I did. And I mentioned that the negativity coming from the SalukiNation website was originating from MSN and his "sources." Within the hour an earthquake ensued. SalukiNation announced they were shutting down immediately and MSN was never heard from again. Once again, utterly ridiculous. Rumors were spread that 1. I was stalking people and 2. I was trying to get people at University fired. Beyond ridiculous. I guess MSN and his cronies get a pass for campaigning to get Hinson and his staff fired. Hypocrites.


Now I've heard Barcreep is calling me juvenile names and calling me an embarrassment to SIU. He needs to grow up.

Oh and someone signed up for Saluki-Insider with my screen name and raised a ruckus a few weeks ago. That sent Barcreep into a panic.

It wasn't me.

It certainly didn't represent my opinions.

I certainly don't know any of the history of the Saluki boards...but it seems to be a shining example of why university administrations (and pro sports front offices) need to completely ignore fan boards and not use them as a reflection of the opinions of their fanbase as a whole.
