I wouldn't know where to watch AAC basketball even if In wanted to, but it looks like our friends in Wichita are enduring a 7-8 season so far. Feel really bad for Marshall.

As of today WSU has a better NET rating than any team in the Valley.

Safe to say we would have a better record if we were in the Valley. We wouldn't have started off 0-3 in the MVC. So we would probably have 2-3 more wins. But then our NET rating would look worse, even with the better record.

So with that...God Bless the AAC. And it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Loyola is now 25 spots higher than Wichita in NET and 53 spots higher in KenPom. I think this gap will continue to grow.

Yeah, I've watched a little bit of Wichita this year. They're not talented. They do not in any way, shape or form look like a high major team and would not be steamrolling the Valley at all.

I agree they'll be back, and think the AAC was 100% the right move for them. But people that think they're good this year are mistaken. This is the first team they have had since 11-12 that doesn't have an NBA player. If you count Toure Murry, who had a cup of coffee with the league, you can go back to the 08 season. I don't see NBA in McDuffie whatsoever.
