Burford last year: 33%, this year 21%
Poindexter last year: 37%, this year 25%
Kasubke last year: 35%, this year 31%
Regression across the board. So, if these guys can get back to their averages from last year, wins should start trickling in.
Fair enough. Good point. I'm amazed Burford has been that bad.
Burford used his three ball secondarily last year and lived by going off the drive and pulling up from mid range. Poindexter is the one for me that is the biggest head scratcher. He played some PG last year for the first time in his career and the talk was "just wait until he can play with a real PG and move off the ball." Well, now, he's off the ball and all of his numbers have gone down. Freshmen Kinziger is the best shooter on the team right now but he's looked like a freshman during this slump. He started the season looking like a seasoned vet.
