UE gets up nine, but a quick Mallett 3 gets the Bears to 67-61 with under three to go. Still within reach, but they'll have to play a lot smarter than this.

But, the Bears aren't running out of gas because of a long season and a short bench. Not at all. They just tend to play worse towards the ends of games now.

Ryan draws a charge with under two to go, UE up eight and the ball. Other than a run for three minutes, the right team is winning this game. All of the questions about mental toughness and discipline that have always surrounded MSU are starting to bubble back to the surface.

So much for being the dominant team in theleague. We have really normalized ourselves. UE really seemed to want this more.

Wow, UE just plays hard, flat-out hard nosed basketball. Gotta Love it.

Actually, lately we have been getting down in the first half and exhausting in comebacks. Don't think we are wearing down in first half.

Evansville is officially legit. MSU is officially in big, big trouble. They've lost three of their last five, and they do not look remotely well-coached right now. UE by 11, and they're pulling away.

And I'd like to thank Adam Leonard for being in the game tonight. Zero points, five fouls. Officially a complete waste of a uniform.

At least the Bears won't have to worry about an at-large any more, and the BB game is completely meaningless. Heck, I'd start Valla and Copeland in that game, and I might not even bother to play a couple of guys for more than ten minutes against Valpo. They're not getting an at-large any more.

Quite possibly the loss that ends the season for the Bears.

Fat Lady! Get your fat axx out here and start warming up. Do not walk toward the stage, yet.
There is no difference between basketball and life. Give both your best and ignore the "fans" on the sideline.
