Look, the Trees are a decent to good team. That's why they were the third best team in the Valley this year and should probably be up there somewhere next season.
I hope you guys play above yourselves or the Cuse play down and you pull out a victory. I just don't see it happening. You'll need Carter and Printy dropping bombs on that zone to have a chance in my opinion.
Question...Did ISU play play above themselves to beat you? How would your comments change if you were playing the orangemen. The valley is showing why their conference deserves to be respected. implying that your tournament conference champs isn't quite as good as the elite only implies that your team isn't good enough either. I have heard multiple interviews from a number of valley coaches and they all have great things to say about each other's team. If you dont respect your conference, don't expect those outside of your conference to respect you. I am extremely happy with all of the post season success the valley has had. Good Luck to all for some deep runs....
As I said when the OT game happened, I wasn't impressed with either team. ISU didn't look that good either. In the tournament, ISU played very well and the Shox did not.
If we were playing Cuse I'd like our chances better than yours, but I still wouldn't like them.
