Another Expansion/Realignment Thread

We should expand to 14 by adding the Dakotas.
I know, I know, an unpopular opinion but at least hear me out.
the trend these days appears to be super conderences. All the cool kids are doing it. Also, as much as it breaks my heart, we are a 1 bid leauge that is unlikely to make deep runs very often so the money that we would split from NCAA tourney wins is trivial.
Anyways with the Dakotas, we declare ourselves an FBS conference (apparently it's easy nowadays to become FBS ). We are likely going to be better than Conferenxe USA. We laugh at Missouri State. Perfect plan, right?

Dakota's are restructuring their voting power within the MVFC and considering a rule where all football sponsoring summit teams must play within the MVFC so I doubt they would be interested in moving Olympic conferences at this point

The MVC teams in the MVFC must be desperate to keep the conference together because their concessions are horrible.

The 5 MVC schools plus Youngstown, UCA and Robert Morris is like the perfect league. Just do it.

Robert Morris is in the NEC which historically, until 5 months ago, had a cap on scholarships and I don't think the ASun would allow UCA to be in the MVFC for football, but remain in their conference for Olympic sports.

Add St. Thomas and we would have our 6 teams.

UCA is in the ASun for all sports but the UAC for football which they aren't contractually tied to. They'd jump.

RMU has been trying to get into a full scholarship league for a while, they'd jump at a non-Dakota Valley as well.

I'm also good with St Thomas.
