I'm safely taking the fact that every neutral fanbase who made an opinion regarding this game has sided with realistic viewpoints and sees WSU's side of the fence with it. Illinois State fans are content with Jackie never being able to make a mistake in life and that Marshall should have just stood there watching his player get kicked in the chest.

WSU, like 8 out of the last 9 with Illinois State, won the game. Time for the crying to stop.

I love how bird-brain is giving Cotton & the coaching staff the credit of spending precious scouting and practice time building a strategy to counter Kung Fu Panda's high front kick. And especially giving Cotton credit for channelling his psychic abilities to position himself exactly in the key position at the end of a hard fought game that would put him in the path of a Bruce Lee reincarnated front kick. I mean the hours Cotton spent on watching the volume of video he had to endure to orchesrate that late game scenario. Well done Mr. Cotton. I think this conspiracy theory trumps Marshall and STL any day.
