Interesting that this was brought up in an Indiana State thread, where a multitude of WSU fans have had nothing but good things to say about INSU's great road win. I would be willing to bet that most Sycamore fans are cheering pretty hard for the Shox this non-conference.

correct, I am rooting for WSU to win all their games, except of course when they play us.

The same goes for this WSU fan for the Trees. My boy and I are were watching the game and actively rooting for them yesterday.

Perhaps because you have a very good team, are trying to compete for a league title and reach the NCAAs, and would like the games against WSU to mean something this spring?

correct, I root for all MVC teams to win in the non conference season, and during the MVC season I follow all the teams pretty closely, it helps to have 2-3 at the top separate from the rest to best increase the odds of getting more than just one team in the NCAA's. We're only 3 games in, but it seems INS and WSU are the two who have the best chance to separate from the rest of the pack.

Funny how that works.

Great start to the season. Hopefully INSU can rack up a few wins and at least split the pair of quality games against Belmont/SLU.

we have got to do well in those games, AND in Alaska, we've got to beat Tulsa out there to ensure 2 more good games in that tourney next week!

Go MVC!

Looks like the only two posters in this thread that have an axe to grind is an Evansville fan and an Illinois State fan. Coincidence that it's from historically the worst two schools that haven't been to the NCAAs in nearly a decade and a half?

I think it's laughable that people are rooting against teams based on Internet forum fanfare.

We need to support each and every Valley Team  The better they do the best chance to get more of our teams in the dance

Worst part of the game yesterday is that we, ISUB wil never get a chance to play ND again.... :Violin:

Yes, there are a few Shocker fans who post on here that grate on every last nerve, but I don't root against them because of that. Sadly, as of late, there are a few Bradley, Evansville, Illinois State and Missouri State posters that appear somewhat mentally challenged as well.

If I only rooted for programs that don't have moronic posters on MVCFans, that would pretty well just leave ISUB, Drake and Loyola.

As a psych. prof. once told me a long time ago, and I do believe it, everybody is mentally challenged, some more than others.

great win by Indiana St!! this Aces fan was cheering for them the entire time, i don't understand not cheering for the mvc teams until they play you.

also was hoping Belmont could pull out the upset yesterday, and only because it would help IndSt. Any help to Indst is helping the mvc, and therefore helping my fav team.
