Wow, this is an argument in and of itself (not to be had out here)....Kris Dunn might argue this statement a bit.
You can't name a "best PG" because there are so many different ways to define that. Fred is definitely in the conversation for Best PG though. That was his point. Having Fred (and Ron) on your team will make every player better. That's the type of players that they are. With that Said, McDuffie is a very talented player on his own. He's definitely in the conversation for Freshmen of the year.
For those of you mentioning that he has no votes in this poll. That's completely on Shamet haha. Shamet was the star of WSU's freshmen class, he was since day one. Its unfortunate that he hasn't been able to show it this year yet. If people knew he was going to be out when the vote was taken, I bet 4 or 5 of his 8 votes went to McDuffie, even though McDuffie looked extremely raw at the beginning of the year and might even have been a redshirt candidate.
