Time for UNI to keep the good times rolling. Not a bad loss if they do end up losing but sure would be nice to come up with a win
If they get this, they could have a realistic shot at running the table in the non-conference although 5 games in 11 days will be tough to end the month
From espn article about the marathon of hoops event:
For example, Dave Flemming and Sean Farnham will call two games from two sites, working the 2 a.m. game from St. Mary’s and the Cal telecast from Berkeley at 10 p.m.
I'll try to make it through the first half. It would be interesting coaching a game like this. After playing ODU a couple of days ago do the Panthers practice extremely late on Sunday night to try and find some consistency? It wouldn't be much fun playing across the states in a game like this with a bizarre time, especially against a quality opponent.
going to try and stay up for this one, might pay the price tomorrow. St. Mary's returns 4 starters from last years team and adds a 7 foot transfer from Northwestern who had played quite a bit while there. Looking at UNI with a young team, playing a team like this at a strange hour with a quick turnaround, I don't have high hopes for this game. I hope I'm wrong.
