Two determined mid-major programs set to battle it out! This should be a GREAT game to watch and perhaps a preview of one of this year's Cinderella teams.

Someone is getting a bit worried that the mighty Jays will be leaving the Mid Major WCC behind to join an elite conf. Oh what a day that will be!

Elite conference? Did The BJ get a letter of invite from the ACC, SEC, BIG10, BIG12, or PAC12 that I don't know about? That WOULD be exciting news for the Rent-A-Center kids. :dance:

However, if by elite you mean the little private catholic schools who are bolting from the Big East over greed and who mostly have to rent their own arenas as well - except for the few that do own and have capacities that average 6,000 fans.. hrrrmmmmm. :Bam:

I will tell you this though, whatever league ends up materializing, it will be a helluva lot better than the MVC. It won't be near any of the truly "elite" conferences, but it will definitely be a step up from this league of have nots. I think I could manage to enjoy myself in a conference full of Mariolators if the Sh0x were to join. Imagine the possibilities on the conference message board.
