Salukis are a 2.5 point favorite which is a bit surprising for a 10 seed, although Barry has them playing well. Both teams won at home during the regular season:

12/30 - Missouri St wins 70-59
2/16 - SIU wins 62-54

Going to go with The Salukis to get the W over The Bears. Just have a feeling that Barry Hinson's teams are going to be ready for MSU (could be a real nice rivalry in the future). 8-)

As for Friday's games, I've got:

The CU Bluejays > BU

The WSU Shockers > SIU

The UE Aces > ISU-B

The ISU Redbirds > UNI

That'll make for some crazy intense Saturday games as Arch Madness should be absolutely ROCKING!!!!! :dance:

I'll be in the Lou on Friday through Sunday to catch what might just be THE best and most competitive conference hoops tourney in the country. Gotta love The Valley!! :Cheers:

Bears up 10 at the half. Our main guys are playing well. Meaning Downing, Marcel Marshall, and Kirk. Wish we would pound it in to Kirk more often.

Officiating has been bad but the ridiculous number of turnovers and offensive rebounds allowed are what is killing them.

You're right, but that doesn't mean the refs haven't done their fair share to help MSU.

Good game Salukis. It tempers my celebration quite a bit when Barry Hinson is on the short end of the stick.

But one down and three more to go! I get a good vibe from this group and with WSU's well documented struggles in St. Louis my spirits are buoyed. Go Bears! Don't stop just yet.
