I don't think UNI is going to surprise anyone in the Valley. We all think they're going to be solid. I think UNI is going to surprise some people outside the Valley.
JuCo players tend to be a lot better in their Sr years than in their Jr years. Arop was solid as a Jr. If he improves the way many do, he and Odum are going to be a handful for any Valley team (WSU included).
I think Bradley has one of the best possibilities to make a big jump this year. MSU is going to fight them for a spot in the MVC standings, but in OOC, both teams have the pieces in place to have a good run.
Loyola is a total wild card, but as I recall their OOC schedule is maybe a bit worse than Jank was scheduling for the Redbirds.
I think Giacoletti and Hinson are good coaches, but they've both got some HUGE rebuilding to do. We should celebrate any OOC W from SIU or DU.
