Illinois State at Northwestern (-9.5) at 7:30 on the Big Ten network

Three roadies at middling BCS programs and the BCS is the big favorite to sweep.

Neither BU/ILL nor ISUR/NW are on the regular Big Ten Network live. They're on the Big Ten Digital Network, which you need to pay $10 (and remember to cancel) for. BU/ILL is on regular TV at 2pm the next day and I assume ISUR/NW is also re aired at some time.

Go Braves and *barf* Birds! This would help perception of the MVC in our state. Bradley is getting no respect on the Illini boards, even though we beat them in 2010 when they were ranked #20.

Everyone on the Illini boards is down about losing out on Cliff Alexander to KU and Quentin Snider decommitting. They're making the mistake of thinking this will be an easy win. Let's hope Bradley can add to their rough weekend.

Interesting to know that the Illini fans are already counting this one as a win. Hope the Braves go to U of Illinois and pull out a HUGE roadie W. Go get 'em Braves!

I'm not sure how good Illinois is. They don't play anybody until mid-December so we likely won't find out until then. Obviously, it would still be a good road win though.

Northwestern, on the other hand, is in the bottom of the Big 10 barrel. The sad thing is Illinois State will still likely get steamrolled by them.

Bradley will be familiar with one of Illinois' players: Rayvonte Rice. He's picked off where left off when he was at Drake.
