Ohh, I don't know. Sometimes those 8-9 seeds work out.
I do think it will be difficult for WSU to get an 8-9 seed though. I think the exposure and national perception this year is such that IF WSU does enough to warrant an NCAA at-large bid it will be in the 5-7 range.

Based on what we've seen so far, Wichita St won't be a high seed. Plenty of time to correct the problems but the Shox don't even look like the best team in the valley.
