Obviously Gregg Marshall is every bit as deserving this year... But after winning it last year, I'm guessing the voters are looking for the next story.

Only way Marshall would have been considered is if he would have gone undefeated...again. Jake is deserving...congrats to Tuttle. Enjoy the great pub Panthers and thx for representing the Valley with such great class. Let's duke it out on Sunday (without any upsets).

Bill Self Kansas? Based on what, his rug didn't fall off?

2 players aren't in trouble with the NCAA?

He's only almost collapsed and not fully collapsed?

I'm not saying Marshall is deserving (I'm not saying he isn't either) but he is more than Self.

Seth Tuttle is the US Basketball Writers Association District 6 player of the year. Ben Jacobson is the District Coach of the Year. Ron Baker and Fred Van Vleet are on the all-district team.

Jason Reese got some honors in 1990, but nothing like this.
