Drake vs Loyola= LUC will need to keep pace with Illinois St and are at home
Valpo vs Illinois St= Revenge is real here in Normal. I expect Redbirds to roll
Evansville vs Indiana St= Sycamores should have won last home game but make up for it here
SIU vs Missouri St= Another close game with these two schools with Bears finally getting a win
Bradley vs UNI= Back to back wins in Cedar Falls have Panthers over 500

UNI vs Drake= Even match with Drake pulling away in end at home
Indiana St vs Bradley= Braves showed more spunk lately. I expect a rout by BU
Evansville vs SIU= Salukis back to 500. Aces cellar dwellers
Illinois St vs Missouri St= game of the week in Valley. Missouri St clutch down the end
Loyola vs Valpo= Upset of the week. Crusaders find a way and end losing skid

Another week and another 6-4 pick 'em result. Considering how crazy the Valley is right now, I guess getting 60 % right is alright. Here goes on MVC week #6:

Ramblers > DU....LUC is tough at Gentile and the Bulldogs are nowhere near the same without PG Norton
Redbirds > VU....Crusaders needed a miracle shot at the Arc. Think ISU takes care of biz at home.
Trees > UE....only because it's a roadie for the Aces
Bears > SIU....despite the close loss last game, Dana Ford has MSU on the uptick
Panthers > BU....Braves go it alone in last place

Bulldogs > UNI...DU has enough in the tank to beat their instate conference rival
Braves > ISU....Bradley gets a much needed W
Salukis > UE....should be a close one with 2 teams in desperate need of a MVC win
Redbirds > MSU...picking an upset here
Crusaders > LUC....should be a coin flip game, so going with VU at the Arc

Looking forward to the MVC games and catching all the action across the Valley on ESPN +
