I think both Fayne and Yarbs should be on the 1st team from ILST, but if only one, I would probably go Fayne. I understand how politics might play a role, so I would be surprised to see both.

Townes, McGlynn, Fayne, Krutwig, Fletcher. Key from INST would be my next guy on.

I realize the list I put completely ignores the idea of only having one of each position.
