Contrast this with what's being reported now about Will Wade at LSU, which you know is going on ALL OVER these self-styled "power" conferences. P5 schools should be called what they are: NBA farm teams with big-money shoe companies laundering money through boosters and assistant coaches to players and their families while head coaches get paid off to look the other way by the same shoe companies and other fat-cat benefactors. These aren't college basketball teams. They're rackets.

I have always liked Wardle and the "attitude" he has. Love this quote.
My own son was an average player that played Junior college basketball and turned that into being a scholarship manager at a D! program. I told him that you couldn't have asked for more from your basketball "career" as he graduated with pretty much a free education.
