Ranking the mid major HC hires

Kevin Sweeney at CBB Central has rated/ranked both the major and mid major head coaching hires for this spring. He has Mullins rated as the 16th [ out of 40] rated hire at the mid major level. He had nothing negative to say, but I would have thought Mullins would have been ranked a bit higher.

Last year Sweeney ranked both Dana Ford and Walter McMarty with a B. Ford went 16-16 and McCarty 11-21.
He also gave Nico Medved an A+ going to CSU. Medved went 12-20 at CSU. Year two will be a better tell and year three the rosters should almost be exclusively their own recruits.
