Each week we will open a poll for users to predict the end of season finish for the MVC 2019-20 basketball season. We will work in reverse order, concluding with the predicted MVC champion chosen by our users between the last two teams remaining in week 9.

Wasting more than a decade combined on Lowery (once past his expiration date) and huckster Barry Hinson will do that, not to mention the enrollment/financial issues at Southern.

There is a strong tradition for Saluki basketball, though, and it's an area that will rally behind the program if Mullins can find a way to put a winner on the floor. These next 3-5 years are a critical juncture for the program. It'll be interesting.

This question makes no sense. Do you want to vote Valpo 5th now?

Sure it does and it makes even more sense the further we progress with the process. I could conjecture many situations where somebody eliminated from the voting might move up one or more places because of other teams pre-season injuries. How are we going to handle it if we receive any major unexpected surprises?

This is the way we do it every year. The “winner” of each poll is removed from the next poll.

So this is the way you have done it so this is the way we should do it is your answer? OK! I'll keep that in mind next year when I decide if want to participate.
Is this another of your revered Valley traditions or might suggestions for change from a newcomer be considered? Seems like several different approaches might bring to play new positives and or negatives. The best argument for your current approach is its simplicity. Sometimes the simple approach is indeed the best one
just because it avoids the most complications.
