Bradley and SIU will be in next year's Paradise Jam, which features former Valley rival Creighton, along with Colorado and Colorado State, Duquesne, Northeastern and Brown.

Braves and Salukis will be on opposite halves of the bracket.

That's a real solid field, definitely winnable as well if the teams end up being strong next year.

Is there a thread for tourneys next season? Loyola will be in the Battle for Atlantis with Arizona State, Aurburn Michigan State, Syracuse, UConn, VCU, and Baylor. Amazing field, 1-2 wins would be a massive get for us. And if some of our seniors stay the sky's the limit!

I've already booked my trip to the Bahamas for this. Just hope we can actually go (resorts still closed) and attend games...

UNI going to Hawaii over Christmas for the Diamond Head Classic.

Stanford, BYU, Wyoming, New Mexico St, Liberty, South Florida and Hawaii are the others.

Looks like a pretty good field.

Also hearing rumors (not confirmed) of Drake to Orlando event with KU, Alabama, Dayton, Miami, and Iona. The published reports have 3 teams TBA.

Sounds like the MVC will have plenty of good opportunities with these tournaments!

Seems like Evansville plays in a lot of tournaments where they are visiting teams in the campus rounds. Does anyone know why that is? They seem to be the only Valley team that does that.

Typically the payout is bigger. Instead of getting $100k for playing in an ESPN event, they'd get $50k from the event and then full guarantees from the two 'host' games, so they're probably clearing $200k total.

Evansville is far more willing to be bought than any other Valley team and it's not close. It's something they need to rectify if they're ever really going to turn a corner.

Funny how the rumor (which no one in Evansville knows anything about, has not been announced, nor has been discussed once on Purple Ace Place) has brought the Evansville haters out.
1. To answer your question Action 10 Evansville started playing annual pre-conference tournaments in the 2012-2013 season. In both that season and the following season Evansville hosted 3 games. From 2014-2015 season thru 2017-2018 season the Aces played at neutral sites in FLA, Los Angles, Nashville, and Cancun. In 2019-2020 the Aces played in the Bahamas. The only 2 games as visiting teams in campus rounds occurred during the 2018-2019 season when Evansville played at Illinois and at Xavier.
2. Ok BCPanther, there are the games and locations. Explain your pretzel logic now how Evansville is more willing to be bought than any other Valley team.
