Not sure I love this as a Loyola fan. Playing SLU and Dayton will be fun, but I like playing local rivals like Bradley and Valpo and ISUr quite a bit. A-10 has such a strong east coast presence. Maybe I am thinking too small.

Seriously though, I wish Loyola and their fans well. They never had a "we're better than you" attitude like a couple of previous programs, they just were better.

Time for someone else to step up. No reason Belmont can't fill the Loyola void. They're best team will be this year (if not last year) and us Valley fans will get the benefits from it. I hate this overall, but hopefully the league moves on well.
