SIU and Bradley kick off the Paradise Jam this Friday with two great shots for top 40 wins in Colorado and Colorado State. Other potential opponents include Creighton (in SIU's bracket - who still has their "I Hate Creighton" t-shirt??) and Duquesne.

UNI almost pulled it off, but they couldn't stop Arkansas down low - how many straight dunks did they give up? Regardless, Berhow was insane from behind the arc; if that UNI team continues to show up for the rest of the year they can certainly challenge for the league title.

Watched most of the first half of the UNI game. It was really fun, I was bummed to see they couldn't pull it out but it seemed if Ark was going to pull it away, they would be able to do it from down low. UNI was absolutely lights out. I believe they had 26 points at one time and 8 3-pointers. Incredible. I was really impressed with Heise. He should great poise for a freshman who was getting heckled on the road.

Also a note that amazed me that game up during the broadcast....I did not realize UNI's ENTIRE ROSTER is from Iowa or Minnesota.

I agree. They will be a tough out most games. I think last night they played with such intensity that they wore themselves out at the end.
