They're talking about having an idea of their teams winning percentage with various clothes they wear.

Do you have "lucky shirt, scarf, pants, underwear, etc."?

I myself wear whatever UNI gear is clean and comfortable with no attention or thought to any effect I might have on the outcome.

Only superstition is to not wear any clothing that I've seen us lose in-person while wearing, so I'll be in the nude this weekend.

For years at Arch Madness I would bring a red #33 Justin Clark jersey as well as a white Trey Blue Jersey. I'd wear whatever color the Birds were wearing that day. Neither were particularly good players for the Redbirds but actual game-jerseys rarely went on sale so I jumped at the chance to buy them. I retired those jerseys 4 or so years ago after another Sunday loss in STL. I figured it HAD to be the jerseys fault and not the ineptitude of the Redbirds....little did I know what was to come over the next 3 years....

Rocked the same game day jersey since I got it 2008, it feels lucky because of recency bias but probably has a losing record overall.

Beyond that I have stuff i wont wear because of hard losses in the apparel. I'm more superstitious pessimistically than the other way around.

Bradley fans jokingly (and in practice) just wear red haha. I have only been to one game in STL (2020 Championship) but if I’m able to get down this weekend I’ll do what I did that year. I took the replica ring they gave out in my pocket and only put it on after the final buzzer. If we don’t win or don’t make it to Sunday I won’t wear it until the following tournament. Won’t even carry it on my person haha.
