Missouri State's basketball home will be known as Great Southern Bank Arena [ GSB Arena] moving forward as the company made a 5.5 million donation to the Bear's fund to secure the naming rights previously held by the John Q Hammon's Trust. The trust paid 24.4 million of the original 30 million $$ pledge , but with many of the company's holdings in litigation following the death of the MSU benefactor, MSU won back the naming rights and opened it up for a new partner.
