Can the Bears go undefeated?

I, for one, think they can. I'm interested to see how they respond with what should be their toughest road game left tomorrow night, at INSU. The article states:

"They have held serve for 18 games in a row at home, and if they can get by Indiana State in Terre Haute on Wednesday, the Bears could conceivably be 17-0 heading into their February 26, regular season-ending battle with Wichita State."

What do you all think? It's likely they will trip up somewhere, but it's also possible they could be 18-0.

I think that if they win all their games, they will be undefeated. It has happened before.

Well they have yet to be defeated in conference so the answer is yes they can. Will they, who knows...

Being a WSU fan I've decided I'm rooting for the bears to win out (except for last game of course). If WSU can continue winning as well I think there is an outside chance that two ranked teams would meet in springfield for the conference title. I think total seperation from the pack by these two would be best for the valley right now.

Sorry Indiana State you guys screwed the pooch so bad during non con I just can't see any positives with you guys winning or being at the top. Don't take that as me saying you won't or can't. Just saying I think right now dispite the shox losing to the bears they are the other valley team I am rooting for.

Highly doubt it but if we win tomorrow we will be 8-0 with 5 of the 8 being road games

It will be interesting to see what happens. Either way, the 7-0 start is impressive. Of teams that have played at least six conference games, there are only seven other undefeated teams in the country.

They would certainly put themselves up with elite company if they went undefeated. That's why I don't think it's possible. They'll give a good run at it though.

Barring injury, MSU has a good chance of going undefeated. This is their toughest road game left. The valley is bad enough this season that MSU should expect to win the rest of their games(same with WSU). I am looking forward to a 1 loss WSU team playing at a no loss MSU to decide the title.......
