Big game for both teams. MSU needs this to stay in first. Also, a loss could kill any at large hopes. For UE, only has one loss at home in MVC play, it would be a huge boost to beat a top tier team.

That is a remarkable stat. I wonder how many, if any, other MVC teams have had so few injuries to key players. I know Bradley lost 2 starters for the season, and Drake has 3 starters who have missed a combined 21 games with injuries (plus 36 more games missed by reserves due to injuries).

During the Marty Simmons show last night, they said that 6 D1 teams had played the same starting 5 in all games through Sunday. MSU and UE were two of the six.

A win by UE puts them in 4th place.

So far the results this week have been a perfect storm for UE. I wouldn't mind seeing UE keep up the thee of the week nd take MSU down.
