Does anyone have the non-conference SOS for each team which is the tie-breaker for slotting in STL?

I found overall SOS, but wondered how non-conference specifically was at the moment.

WSU has the OOC SoS over MSU. It's a large enough gap that BB wouldn't see to affect it.

UE has a small lead over ISU (b), but the BB opponent could be the determining factor there. If UNI falls into that group, they would have the worst OOC SoS.

I haven't checked if there are any tie-breakers ahead of SoS. I think a 2-way tie checks for a sweep first. A 3-way tie probably goes to a "pool" (how did those 3 teams do against each other) before SoS is a consideration.

UE swept ISU-B.
UE split with UNI
CU swept UE

This is correct. Seeding is as follows:
1. Conference record.
2. Head-to-head (2 teams tied) or pool play (3+ teams tied)
3. Non-Conference SOS
Per the MVC website.

The pool tiebreaker is what would save ISU-R from a 10 seed if they are tied with BU and someone else --

There was a chart in one of these threads that listed NC SOS, if I remember right the only team that was ahead of us was Wichita State. I am not 100% but I don't recall seeing us losing an SOS battle with anyone other than WSU.

The valley victim thread had SOS in it prior to conference play. If we can pull that thread up it would give an approximation. Teams winning and losing games thru their respective conference will affect the SOS til the end of the season.

I think
