Arch Madness Seating chart

I know schools have started mailing out tickets. I haven't seen a Scottrade seating chart yet, but wondered what sections each school was being seated in. If you've received your tickets, let us know.

I talked to the Wichita State ticket office this morning and we have the same seating again. Sections 101,102,124,125 & 126.

Seriously? That seems like a rip off for other schools since that is prime seating! (unless it is based on seeding) However, I don't remember CU getting prime seating like that two years in a row when they were a better seeded team.?.? Does anyone have any connections with the MVC elite that can answer how seating is arranged? I would think that they could split sections vertically instead of horizontally so that ALL teams can have fans near the court....just a logical suggestion.

I believe it is determined by All Session Tickets purchased. Those who pay and travel get rewarded.

Every team usually gets at least a portion of seating behind the bench. Therefore they do split some sections vertically. I had friends who bought tickets from the Indiana State ticket office last year and sat about 5 rows up behind press row. Way better seats then I got through the WSU box office. The 125-126 type corner sections are not that great and isn't what I'd consider prime seating.

According to the MVC:

Schools that sell the most tickets by Jan. 1 each year are assigned to separate quadrants. Those projected to advance to the championship round are typically assigned seats closest to the court. Tier 1 seats are allocated equitably with schools rotating into those sections once every three years.

I have an email out to the MVC asking for the pretty little color map that we've seen in the past.

It may be section 106 but it is not the bottom of that or the surrounding sections....it is the top half of all those sections. There will not be any CU fans on the floor except for in the parent section.
