I think it is a long shot that they will get a bid. But some teams losing may help their cause a little.

Nebraska getting beat.

If Colorado could lose that would probably knock them out.

Agreed - Trust me, Bear fans are watching these games intently and the bubble keeps getting softer. I think Colorado needs to win today AND beat K-State tomorrow to have a valid case to get in, and I don't see them doing it...I know we have been left out so many times, so I am not planning on seeing our name pop up on Sunday, but I don't think it's out of the question - the valley could still get 2 bids!

What's interesting is that this year is probably a good reason why they shouldn't have expanded. With the bubble being as soft as it is. What happens in the CUSA should be extrememly important to MSU.

You are also rooting for Oklahoma to beat Baylor (big time).

Here is a list of teams that MSU should be immediately concerned about.

Mich st.
Virginia Tech
Colorado
Georgia
Alabama
USC
Washington St.
Baylor
Nebraska (lost)
Memphis
UTEP

Here are the teams that could fall and help you out....

Villanova (lost last 5 games and final one to USF)
Marquette
Boston College
Tennessee
Michigan
Clemson

- In the CUSA, you need UAB to take care of business. You got some help with Butler winning. Might get some help with Villanova tanking it their last 5 games. Nebraska lost, which helps.

Baylor and Colorado need to win 2 games in KC to have a shot. Hopefully they will be discarded in the quarters

If I was 'Bama, I would probably be wanting to win a few games as well. The key one being against UGA if/when they meet in the quarters.

Marquette probably would feel better with another win or two. Hoping WVU can knock them off tonight

USC has really come out of nowhere and could be in with wins over Cal and Arizona. Hopefully Cal can just do it for us. Wouldn't hurt if Washington could beat Washington State

Do we think Richmond is in? Wouldn't hurt my feelings if Rhode Island beat them

Would be nice if CUSA was a one bid league, So Miss can help that with a win over Memphis.

Then we have the ACC. My goodness. What a log jam. BC and VA Tech need 2 wins. I say give the games to FSU and Clemson and let them beat them and hope the ACC is held to 4 bids
