Is it a Nebraska state law that you have to watch them? I live in Kansas, I have NOT watched KU this year. Do the TV stations and cable/satellite operators only show the feed of the Nebraska games on every channel? Do the TV police clear the streets during game time and peek in windows to make sure everyone is watching the Nebraska game?
