Second round of the CBI on Monday at Qwest between the Wildcats and Bluejays. I expect the Jays to win and make the final four :bounce:

What's the TV for this?

HD Net is showing the game, Mark Cuban's channel, if you have DirectTV, Dish or Comcast, you probably have it. Of course, I have Time Warner and therefore do not :Bam:

Would be interesting for Creighton and Oregon to both take care of business at home. By my calculations that would put Creighton against Oregon and Dana Altman.

Once the semi's are set the CBI re-brackets (see the squiggley line on the bracket sheet). If CU and UE both win they will for sure get matched in the semi's as the CBI doesn't want a final with teams from the same conference.

I'm thinking they would love an Oregon-Creighton final with a best 2 of 3 scenario. The Omaha game(s) would be sure to get 10 to 12 thousand whereas these loser tourneys are normally happy to get 3,000. CU's 3,086 was second best to Oregon's 4,075 in the first round.

Jays trail 50-49 at half. Layup and 3 point shooting contest. McD has around 20 at half.

Wow, what a game, Jays win 102-92. McDermott with 31 points and 10 rebounds. Josh Jones with 21 (4-4 from 3). Over 50 fouls called in the game.

34 fouls called in the 2nd half...the crowd was begging the refs to quit blowing their whistles both ways. Fun game to be at, and you gotta love going to a game in a short sleeve shirt.
