The MVC has 9 women in the NCAA track meet

For Indiana State, Erin Reese threw better on every one of her throws and wound up in 2nd place with a throw of 233-02, that is the 9th best throw in NCAA history and #21 in the world for 2019.

She will throw in the Discus Saturday

Cassaundra Reese was 16th in the Shot Put, earning 2nd team all american.

For Illinois State, Sydney LAUFENBERG throws the Discus Saturday and Kameesha SMITH competes in the high jump Saturday

For Southern Illinois, their 4 x 100 relay placed 19th, earning honorable mention all american.

Bri'Anna BRANCH was 15th in the 200 meters, earning 2nd team all american

Shauniece ONEAL was 13th in the hammer throw, earning 2nd team all american
