Salukis get verbal from ‘25 forward

This is from about a week ago but SIU got a verbal from 6-9 forward Daniel Pauliukonis (Benet Academy in suburban Chicago). He’s a lean stretch-4 type who gained recruiting momentum this summer. Had offers from Illinois State, UIC, Toledo and a bunch of other midmajors.

Nagy’s second ‘25 verbal after guard Luke Walsh committed a couple months ago. Both reputed as quality shooters.
