ISU got their first commitment today from William Tinsley, a 6'6 JUCO guard. Local kid from a small school outside of Bloomington currently at Lake Land College JUCO. Know the family very well Offers from Florida State, Valpo, SIU, Evansville, and a host of mid-majors.
