2013 Bradley Commitment - 6-5 Stefan Zecevic

Postby tribecalledquest » September 12th, 2012, 8:36 am

Bradley got a verbal commitment from Stefan Zecevic, a 6-5 small forward originally from Serbia. He put up huge numbers at an Alabama high school last year (31.6 ppg, 9.4 rpg, 4.2 apg) but in one of the smaller class sizes. He was first-team All-State.

Will play at Lee Academy Prep School in Maine this year.

Its interesting that the most recent commits are foreign guys. There are some really good players out there who are under the radar. Establishing a network to get them can only help the conference.

Another new article on Zecevic with quotes from the kid.

I always think foreign kids are risky from a homesickness standpoint but thankfully Zecevic will have been in the States for two years before he gets to Bradley.

He scrimmaged with BU today and reports are he showed very, very well. The other recruit on campus, 6-10 Carter Evans from Minnesota struggled some.
