UNI completed the 2019 class receiving a commitment from 6-9 Point Forward Cole Henry from Oskaloosa, IA.
He's an interesting player in that he has grown from 5-10 to 6-9 in the last 3 years. He's got guard skills and more or less plays point guard for his high school team. He's a bit overshadowed on his high school team because he plays with 2020 National Top 30 recruit C Xavier Foster that has offers from all the bluebloods. UNI sees him as a guy that can really pass from the top of the key and that they can run some offense through to allow AJ Green to not have to have the ball all the time.
EDIT: Forgot to add that he picked UNI over Florida Atlantic, North Dakota, Belmont, American, Drake and Central Michigan
UNI 2019 is done. Henry joins 6-7 PF James Betz, 6-5 SF/PF Noah Carter and Walk On 6-5 SG Logan Wolf who will be on a football scholarship. UNI fans are pretty excited about this class.
The pure talent turn around in 2 years is pretty remarkable.
