Bears sign Akron Transfer

Bryan Trimble a 6'2 fifth yr transfer from Akron has signed with the MSU Bears. Trimble, from KC originally started his career at St Johns for 2 seasons, then transferred to Akron. He started mostly for the last 2 years , but about 20 games into this past season, was placed on a leave of absence, and now has chosen to transfer. He averaged 12 ppg as a jr and about 10 this year; is noted as a three point sniper having made over 130 in his two seasons at Akron. Looks like a reasonable veteran shooter replacement for Minnett and if we lose Black as well. He and Mosley played AAU together and he attended SunRise Christian ; was something like 46th ranked sg coming out of HS.
