Big Announcement 11/21 concerning UE

A highly coveted 2014 guard (that averaged 35.7pts, 2.8a/g, 2.9r/g, 5.1 steals/game will be making a verbal commitment tomorrow. The schools recruiting this player are Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and Evansville (UE might be the favorite)!!!



Mt. Carmel, Il Junior guard Tyra Buss will give a verbal commitment on 11/21 at 2PM. Tyra has put up amazing numbers at Mt. Carmel (Lady Aces), an Illinois school that competes in the Big 8 (an Indiana Conference in the Evansville metro area).

Some stat lines so far this year:

Lady Aces win 65-57 over Washington. Tyra 33 points 12 steals, 5 rebounds, 1 assist.

Mt. Carmel Lady Aces Win 74-30 over Evansville Reitz. Tyra in 3qtrs of play has 33pts, 10stls, 1blk. Lang 15pts. MCHS improves to 2-0

Lady Aces big 74-24 over Casey Westfield. Alex Rosignol 13 points, Reagan Keepes 11. Tyra with 27 pts 13 stls, 4asst, 3 rbs.

So far this year she is averaging a double/double in points and steals!

Wait a minute, so the Aces are looking to recruit a female to fill the void of Colt Ryan next year? Interesting development in Evansville. All kidding aside good luck.

She selected Indiana this afternoon. Shout out to the Aces women's coaching staff for giving it a good effort. They recruited her hard and were very close.

As a sophomore, she shot the three farther out on the floor than Colt. She's the real deal. Good pickup for IU.
