UNI 2023- F Wes Rubin

Big week for UNI gets better.

Wes Rubin, 6-8 F from Chicago (Simeon) committed tonight after decomitting from Loyola earlier in the month.

Before the Loyola commitment he had over a dozen offers from all over the place. Considered a Top 10 prospect in Illinois.

UNI is done for 2023 as Rubin joins F Kyle Pock and PG (and likely Michigan Mr Basketball) RJ Taylor.

On paper, this is an incredible class.

He's a pretty good player. Not as good as his brother and the Valley is the right league for him. His de-commitment from Loyola was more about Loyola not really wanting him anymore but that's ok. Still could be a very good MVC player.
