Drake spring recruiting

I'm hoping for lots of Drake news over the next week or two.

Commitment today from Atin Wright, a transfer from CSU-Northridge. 6'1 guard who averaged 17 ppg. Two years left to play.

Drake also recently picked up a commitment from Patrick Bath, a 6'9" center from Minneapolis area. Pretty sure he's walking on, but not 100% sure.

Drake picked up Kyron Gibson, a point guard from UT-Arlington. Averaged about 11 ppg and 4 apg last season

Drake got a commitment from Colby Garland, a PG from Link Prep. Originally from Arkansas.

Don't know for sure, but I'm guessing he's a walk-on

Drake added Carlos Rosario, a 6'7" transfer from Washington State.

Had several P5 offers out of high school, but has been plagued by injuries in his 3 years at WSU (missed most of his first season and all of his second season).

Averaged 2.2 ppg and 1.5 rpg in about 10 minutes per game this past season.

Not expecting much from him, just need him to provide serviceable minutes behind Tucker DeVries.

If he can stay healthy, I can see him becoming a solid MVC player.

Drake completed their spring class with Elijah Price, a 6'9" forward from Long Beach, CA. Played a year at Golden State prep this last season.

Bulldogs travelled all over the country for this 9 man class

Bulldogs have a new walk-on listed on the roster. Bennett Fried, 6'7" from LaCrosse, WI.

Very athletic, made the state track and field championships in multiple events.

He looks better on film than a lot of Ray Giacoletti's scholarship players at Drake.
