Bradley gets first '25 commit, Matthew Zobrist - 6'5 Guard

Bradley got a commit a nice commit from a local star in Peoria, 6'5 Guard Matthew Zobrist from Metamora. He was on the strong Metamora team the last couple of years that took 2nd in the State 3 years ago, won the state title 2 years ago, and lost in Sectional title to 3rd place team last year.

You'll probably recognize the last name if you are a long time Valley fan, as his dad, Aaron Zobrist, played at Bradley back in the mid '90's and is Bradley's all time leader in career 3 point percentage at over 42%. He was on the 1996 team that went to the NCAA. He is also cousins with former Bradley Star Nate Kennel from just a couple of years ago.

Bradley beat out Illinois State, Belmont, Indiana State, and Loyola among others.

Awesome get for Bradley and Coach Wardle.

ISU wanted him BADLY (his mother went there - yet Aaron still married her.) SLU and Schertz wanted him. As did Loyola. Getting a local kid who can play - who is also a legacy - is fantastic.

If he is close to the player his dad was this will be a major get in the end.
