Probably on that old message board that no longer exists.

Bears continued their home winning streak. It now stands at 19 and is still good for 6th longest in the nation.

1. Duke 30
2. Kentucky 29
3. Utah State 25
4. Pittsburgh 20
4. Virginia Commonwealth 20
6. Missouri State 19

And thank you, BTW, to the announcer who said that MSU had never come back from being down more than 13 under Martin. The reverse karma really helped.

I hope Martin does not need rotator cuff surgery after all of that fist pumping he has done this year.

And yeah, Mac should have been T'd up. That was ridiculous. The refs stopped the game, while the bears were in transition, to give him a warning? LMAO. Unheard of.

Good, fought game. CU deserved to win, but hey; that's basketball. There's been plenty of games at the Qwest that we shouldn't have won. Hopefully MSU can win the rest of their games so when we win in the lou, the valley will get two bids.

We owned the bears this game but it's the final score that counts and we are not mentally tough. Once we lose some of these seniors, we'll be better next year w/AY, GE and McDermott and then we'll get payback!

First of all, let me say that I thought this was one of the best games I watched this weekened...both teams fought hard. I root for the Pur;le Aces, so this was a game I had no emotional favorite in, so this isn't a "sour grapes" comment. I thought Coach Martin's display of celebration in the hand-shake line was totally out of line, regardless of the high emotions in that gym. I have NEVER seen a coach do such an "in-your-face" exhibition of poor gamesmenship! Remember, he was passing a line of young men who had been just as emotionally involved for their team as he was for the Bears. It looked, for the national audience to see, like a coach rubbing the opponent's face in the mud after a loss. Not classy!

Yep completely class-less as the bears lead the valley. At least the students stayed in the stands that way the teams could shake hands.

Insert Gregg Marshall in for what Martin did and this board might have blown up. :bounce:
