UNI is definitely going to miss him after this season. I hope James can develop a little more to try and take over that role next season.

I'll say it - refs are doing us a favor with the fouls on the big guy.

Some great acting in Cedar Falls.

We're pretty undersized so I'm sure there was a little extra effort to draw attention to contact.

UNI overcame sketchy FT shooting late. Finding a way to win while consistently being out rebrounded each game is crazy.

UNI absolutely got crushed in the paint, and on the boards because of the lack of size.

Yet still win the game by 5.

Kwadzo has been the best player in the MVC during conference play.

1. On TV it did not look like the UNI crowd was out of line.

2. Big Greg is a marked man. Not sure what he does to adjust.

UNI being carried by the refs. has anyone heard the attendance.

Attendance: 6,415 - nearly a sellout (it think it needs about 500 more for a sellout)

The crowd was way over the line...they went "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" I'm shocked they didn't stop the game and escort everyone out due to the safety issues being caused.


As ticky tack as the fouls on Greggy were there were just as many called on UNI - namely Jake Koch and Kerwin Dunham

kind of like the universal "airball" chant that every single basketball crowd seems to do.

Kwadzo has to be in the running for POY. His defense is stout and his offense has been remarkable during league play.

This was a hard fought game and a must win for UNI to keep its title hopes alive.

Now on to a HUGE game against the Bears Saturday.
